Advocacy Overview
ILMA is the principal voice for the lubricants industry before Congress, federal regulatory agencies and other industry groups. Numerous elected officials have learned of issues that impact ILMA members through the voice of the Association, as well as the voice of individual members.
Congress Web
Thanks to Congress Web, ILMA members can now easily locate the pertinent contact information so that they can send an email, letter, fax, or even make a phone call about an important industry issue. For more convenience, ILMA also posts "template letters" on issues of extreme importance on the Congress Web site, so that all ILMA members can quickly download the letter(s), sign, and submit them for comment.
ILMA Letters
ILMA has submitted comments on behalf of Association members to officials within the federal and state government. All letters are available to review and download online.
