2013 Annual Meeting Hotel Reservation Information

To address the concern that hotel rooms at ILMA meetings have been selling out at an amazing speed, as was a successful method with this year's Management Forum, the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, site of the ILMA 2013 Annual Meeting, October 5-8, will begin accepting reservations on July 9, 2013. At that time, the link for making your reservations online and by phone will be posted on this site, as well as through announcements in ILMA Connects.

If you try to book your reservation before that date, you will be told rooms are not available at the ILMA rate. Rooms are not sold out; they are just not available for booking until July 9.

If this year's Annual Meeting is as large as 2012, the Hyatt will sell out. ILMA has booked a block of rooms at the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country Hotel & Spa, half a mile from the Hyatt, which will run shuttle service. More information will be available in July.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are now available for the ILMA 2013 Annual Meeting. If you are interested in being a part of the meeting as a General Sponsor or Friend of ILMA, please download the General Sponsorship form, fill it out, including payment information, and fax it to the ILMA office at 703-836-8503, or email it to mjolkovski@ilma.org. In order to be included in the June Compoundings Parade of Sponsors, completed forms must be received no later than Monday, May 13, 2013.
