In today's traditional and family-owned business climate, working to an agreement on an array of business issues can sometimes be challenging. Topics such as business direction, strategy, new ideas, perceptions, even handling day-to-day problems can present difficulties when family members have opposing or alternate views.
Providing a forum for a smooth exchange of ideas and creating unity are critical to fostering a positive work environment for upper management, as well as employees. Members of all types — Manufacturing, Supplier, Marketing and International, (whether family businesses or not) — will benefit from this session. Executives will learn proven methods on how to successfully navigate through these sometimes sensitive areas and maintain management balance, thus assuring your company's long-term viability.
