Registration Fees

Registration Fees
Fees include admittance to all meeting and social functions.

Adult offspring (age 18 and older) and social guests who do not work for an ILMA company must be registered at the spouse/guest fee to attend functions.

Non-Member Annual Meeting Fees:

Non-Member First Time Attendees: $1750
An individual or their company that has NEVER attended an ILMA Meeting. (The cost includes 2008 membership dues if company applies for membership by the end of the year.)

Non-Member Repeat Attendees: $3000
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.

Hotel

The Hyatt is currently sold out of rooms at the ILMA rate of $259/night. If you wish, you can still call the Hyatt to see if any rooms are available at a higher rate. Please note that all guests will also be charged a daily resort fee of $10 per room per day. The resort fee includes local and 800 phone access, faxes, bicycle usage, golf club storage, fitness club access, tennis court time and shopping shuttle.

If you are in the Hyatt and need to cancel your room, please call ILMA’s office at 703-684-5574 so we can cancel it for you and then will be able to give that room to another ILMA member.

ILMA has also secured rooms at an overflow property, The Gainey Suites Hotel, at a rate of $179/night. The hotel is across the street (less than a five minute walk) from the Hyatt. Please call 1-800-970-4666 to reserve a room there. It looks like that hotel may sell out as well, so book your rooms promptly!

Travel

Transportation Services

• SEDANS — ExecuCar Sedan Service offers 24-hour private chauffer driven services in sedans that can accommodate up to four people. Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling 800-410-4444. The cost is $45 if you call upon arrival for your car to pick you up or $70 for Meet and Greet Service. (Does not include additional service charges or surcharges.)

• TAXIS — Approximate cab fare from Sky Harbor International Airport is $38 - $45 (taxis are metered). Three taxi companies have contracted with Sky Harbor International Airport to provide services. For return to the airport, please speak with the hotel concierge 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

• SHUTTLES — Super Shuttle offers transportation between the airport and the hotel 24 hours a day. Reservations can be made for $20 per person, each way. Groups may reserve an entire shuttle for $80. Vans accommodate a maximum of seven people. Please call 800-730-9267 for more information.

Car Rentals
Avis Rent A Car is the official car rental company for ILMA's 2008 Annual Meeting. Sample intermediate-size pricing: $45/day (weekdays), $24/day (weekends), $170/week.

Reserve your car by calling Avis at 800-331-1600, and refer to Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number J659146 or online.

Parking
Overnight Valet Parking is available for $24 per night, with in/out privileges. Self-parking is complimentary.

Directions
From Sky Harbor International Airport (approximately 18 miles):
Exit the airport following the signs to 202 East. Take 202 East to 101 North. Continue on 101 North to the Via De Ventura Exit and make a left. Travel West for approximately 2.5 miles (Via De Ventura turns into Doubletree Ranch Road). The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale will be on the right, just before Scottsdale Road.
