REGISTRATION FEES

Fees include admission to all business and social functions, except as noted.

ILMA Member:
Early Registration Fee: $845 Register through August 31
Registration Fee: $945 After August 31 and on site
 
Spouse/Guest:
Registration Fee: $300  


NON-MEMBER ANNUAL MEETING FEES

Non-Member First-Time Attendees: $2,300
An individual whose company is not a member and has never attended an ILMA Meeting.

If you are interested in attending as a non-member first-time attendee, and also in joining the Association, please contact the ILMA office at 703-684-5574 or ilma@ilma.org before registering, so that meeting and membership options can be explained.

Non-Member Repeat Attendees: $5,000
An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Spouses and guests (18 years and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend ILMA business or social functions.

    • An employee of an ILMA Member Company must pay the Member Registration Fee, unless they are the spouse or significant other of the attendee.

    • ILMA prohibits attendance at business functions and Base Camp to those under the age of 12.

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All refund requests must be made in writing
  • Full refund (less $75 processing fee) up to August 31
  • 50% refund from August 31 - September 21
  • No refunds will be granted after September 21

Exceptions may be granted by the Executive Director.
