Jeff Espenship, or you can call him by his call sign "Odie," will show how to "Chart Your Course" to take your employees, and your company, to a higher altitude of success. Through setting individual and group expectations and monitoring performance towards those goals, your employees will pursue perfection and your company will achieve excellence. Operational excellence, safety and productivity will come naturally when individual responsibility and leadership is a priority. Odie will show you how to implement these key elements and lead your team to the next level.
Odie knows about excellence. After receiving a full scholarship to the University of Georgia and their prestigious Air Force ROTC program, he also earned a slot in pilot training for the Air Force. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Political Science, he spent a year cheating death and earning his USAF pilot's wings, picking up the best-in-class "Commanders Trophy."

As GM continues to expand the dexos™ global engine oil specification throughout North America, they are interested in working together with independent lubricant manufacturers to encourage successful participation in the program. Please join Eric Johnson, GM Powertrain Division Fuels & Lubricants, and the Center for Quality Assurance, dexos™ Licensing Program Administrator, to hear about the key elements of the program, why it is needed and some of its advantages.

Jeff Leiter, Ethics Matters
Jeff Leiter, ILMA Legal Counsel, will present an update on ILMA's ongoing advocacy work and how it ties into ILMA's government relations program. Find out what ILMA is doing for you on Capitol Hill on regulatory affairs, both local and nationwide, as part of ILMA's growing branding initiative.

Infineum Trends: Emerging From the Turbulence

For more than 15 years, Infineum Trends has been a highlight of the ILMA Management Forum schedule. Our Association has always looked toward the future, and this program is no exception.
Pat Fetterman will again deliver the highlights and insight on the updates, trends and directions in the industry, and show how these advances will affect hardware, fuels, additive technology and lubricant developments.
Infineum will be distributing DVD copies of the complete presentation at the session as well.
