What to Wear
The average April temperatures in Pinehurst are highs in the low 70s and lows in the upper 40s.
Dress for your comfort and plans for all events.
Daytime (April 19 - 21): Business casual
Opening Reception (April 19): Reception will be held outdoors on the West Lawn (this is a grass lawn).
Friday Reception, Dinner and Race Night (April 20): The event will be held indoors and outdoors at the Carolina Hall and Terrace. Dress is casual.

ILMA/Petro-Canada Base Camp
The place to:
- Pick up your registration materials
- Browse tabletop displays
- Check email at the Internet center or utilize the wireless network
- Refresh with snacks and beverages
- Network throughout the day
- Ask the ILMA staff any questions you have
Base Camp will close at 5:30 pm on Thursday, April 19. If you arrive after Base Camp closes, please go directly to the Opening Reception to pick up your badge.
Parking & Guest Drive Program
- Valet and self parking are complimentary as part of the Resort Fee, which is included in your room rate.
- The Pinehurst Resort's in-house transportation team offers complimentary shuttle service within the resort property. With a U.S. or Canadian drivers license, you may also enjoy the use of a variety of Acura models for up to 3 hours off-property as part of the Resort's complimentary Acura Guest Drive Program. An Acura can be reserved on-site at the Resort Services desk.
Dining

Carolina
- The Carolina Dining Room: Breakfast, 6:00 am - 10:00 am, resort casual; Dinner 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, dress slacks, collared shirts, no denim allowed (for dinner only).
- The Ryder Cup Lounge: Lunch, dinner, late night dining, Sunday brunch. Porch seating for beverage service. Food served from 11:30 am - 11:00 pm.
- The Carolina Coffee Shop: Early morning and late afternoon coffee, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches. Opens at 6:30 am.
- Afternoon Tea: (tea or lemonade and cookies) is served every afternoon 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm in the Carolina lobby and is complimentary as part of the Resort Fee.
The Holly
- The 1895 Grille: Breakfast, 6:30 am - 10:00 am, resort casual; Dinner Wednesday to Sunday, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, dress slacks, collared shirts, no denim allowed (for dinner only).
- The Tavern: Pub-style eatery with outdoor seating available. Lunch, 11:30 am - 5:00 pm; Dinner 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Resort casual.
Golf Clubhouses
- 91st Hole: Located in the Resort Clubhouse. Beverage service 7:30 am - 6:30 pm; After Lunch Bar Menu, 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Resort casual.
- The Donald Ross Grill: Favorite lunch eatery for golfers located in the Resort Clubhouse. Hours: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm. Resort casual.
- Fairwoods on Seven Dining Room: Lunch alternative, at Course No. 7, is known for its fabulous Cobb Salad, burgers, and chef specials. Hours: 11:30 am - 2:30 pm (closed Mondays). Resort casual.
- Centennial Dining Room on Pinehurst No. 8: Course No. 8 was designed to celebrate Pinehurst's 100th Anniversary. Hours: 11:30 am - 3:00 pm. Resort casual.
Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet access and computer workstations will be available for use at the ILMA/Petro-Canada Base Camp during meeting hours.
High speed internet access is available in each guest room; wireless access is available in the resort common areas. Both are part of the Resort Fee, included in your room rate.
