Pinehurst Golf Tee Times
In order to secure these tee times at Pinehurst, you MUST FIRST book your room and, SECOND email your request as explained below. Please read all of these directions carefully!
PLEASE NOTE: THE ILMA BLOCK OF TEE TIMES IS NO LONGER OPEN; HOWEVER, YOU MAY STILL BOOK A TEE TIME BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
To book your tee time(s):
- You MUST first make your room reservation with Pinehurst under the ILMA block. Please see page 7 for instructions on making your reservation.
- Once you have your room reservation, please send an email to Tina Sheppard, Pinehurst's Private Event Golf Coordinator, tina.sheppard@pinehurst.com, with your preferred date, course and time, and a back-up preferred time in case the primary is not available. Calls will not be accepted! When Tina has entered the tee-time(s) in the system, she will confirm with you via email what time(s) has/have been reserved.
- If you wish to secure a foursome, the request can come from one member on behalf of his/her foursome, but all four names must be provided and ALL four attendees MUST have their room reservations completed.
- Your tee-time(s) will be attached to your reservation record. When you check in, Pinehurst will provide you with a bag tag with the tee time(s) listed, which serves both as a physical confirmation and as a tool to help move the member's golf clubs from course to course. Even if you rent clubs ($75.00 per day), Pinehurst will create the bag tag for you.
