This dynamic stretches from raw materials to finished lubricants and creates both benefits and challenges for the industry. With Group III base oils an optimal example of global supply, these trends will be evaluated from the perspective of two leading Group III base oil refiners and a leading additives supplier.

Important questions Mark Vagasky will address include: What was the impact of the first registration deadline and how can ILMA members be sure their exports to the EU are adequately covered? As markets evolve, what is required for continued compliance? How is REACH linked to the EU incorporation of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling (GHS) regarding MSDS and labels?
