Get Involved Through ILMA Committees

Want to help shape ILMA's 2012 Annual Meeting and the future of the Association? Drop in for a committee meeting on Thursday! Whatever your interest or business, there is a committee where you can get involved and have your voice heard. Committee meetings are casual, roundtable discussions that examine hot issues pertinent to each industry sector and develop programming for the Annual Meeting tailored to different aspects of the lubricants industry. Committees include: Engine & Transmission Lubricants, Grease, Industrial Lubricants, MWF (Metalworking Fluids), Packaging, Family Business Council, Young Executives Council and SHERA (Safety, Health, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs). Committee meetings are open to all who wish to attend.

Please see the Management Forum Schedule of Events for a list of committee meeting times. For more information on committees, visit ILMA Committees.

For the most current information on SHERA, MWF and Young Executives Council issues and activities, join their LISTSERVs by contacting Brenda Gillinson at bgillinson@ilma.org.

Committee Meetings are open to all attendees.

Reception, Dinner and Race Night
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

  • 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm: Reception
  • 6:45 pm - 7:30 pm: Buffet dinner*
  • 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm: Race Time

After a day of sessions and business meetings, start off an exciting evening with a delightful reception and a delicious buffet dinner — then let the games begin! Engage your competitive spirit racing for the checkered flag! Have fun driving your own remote control race car (or root for your favorite) on the 20' x 16' track. You can also experience the Daytona race course in one of four simulators. Racing not your game? Check out the pool tables, air hockey tables, or the foosball table, all while listening to a great playlist spun by the DJ. Take a break from all the action to enjoy a hosted, interactive experience with a Cuban cigar roller.

If you're heading out to dinner, stop by the reception first or swing by later to enjoy the evening's activities.

* To allow an accurate count for dinner, please indicate your attendance on the registration form.
