IMPORTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

  • Registration confirmations will be sent by email within 10 business days of receipt.

IF DOWNLOADING THE REGISTRATION FORM:
Please use one form per ATTENDEE — copy form for additional attendees. Your spouse/guest should be included on the same form. Click here to download the form.

FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION:
You may only register online once. If you need to add a spouse/guest later, complete a printed form with the new information and fax or mail to the ILMA office.

Be certain you see the confirmation page verifying you have successfully registered.

To be included in the final printed registration lists in the Registration Booklet, ILMA must receive your registration and payment by March 16, 2012. Preregistration lists will be posted weekly, beginning in mid-February, on ILMA's website.

Registration Fees

Fees include admission to all meeting and social functions.

ILMA Member:
  Early Registration Fee: $625 Through March 9
  Registration Fee: $725 After March 9
Non-Member:
  First-Time Attendee: $2,300  
  Repeat Attendee: $5,000  
Spouse/Guest:
  Registration Fee: $225  


Non-Member Fees:

  • Non-Member First-Time Attendees: $2,300 — An individual or their company that has never attended an ILMA Meeting. (The cost includes 2012 membership dues only if the company applies for membership within three months.)

  • Non-Member Repeat Attendees: $5,000 — An individual or company that has attended previous ILMA meetings and is currently not a member of the Association.

Spouses and guests (18 years and older) must register at the spouse/guest fee to attend ILMA social or business functions.

  • An employee of an ILMA Member Company must pay the Member Registration Fee, unless they are the spouse or significant other of the attendee.

  • ILMA prohibits attendance at business functions and Base Camp to those under the age of 12.
