Please be advised that Pinehurst is sold out during ILMA's meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. It was unprecedented to have the room reservations sell out in five days. ILMA did not book fewer rooms than before, it is just with Pinehurst being a smaller property, there were not the extra rooms that other hotels have had in the past which has allowed ILMA to grow beyond what we reserved.

ILMA's First Time at Pinehurst!

ILMA has reserved a block of rooms from April 18-22. ILMA's room rate is: $269 Single/Double. This rate includes the Resort Fee. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes totaling 10.75%.

The ILMA block includes rooms in two hotels:

  • Carolina is the main building of the resort, which is also the location of all of the meeting rooms.
  • The Holly is a four-minute walk, or three-minute shuttle ride, from Carolina, in the Village of Pinehurst.

Unless otherwise specified, rooms will be booked in Carolina until filled, then The Holly, on a first-come, first-served basis. To see the resort map, click here.

The reservation cut-off is Friday, March 9. Please note, however, that ILMA cannot guarantee availability prior to or after this date if ILMA sells out of its room block. Make your reservations early by calling 1-800-487-4653; choose the conference prompt, and give Booking ID 29113.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The inclusive Resort Fee covers use of the Fitness Center, onsite transportation, high-speed internet access in guest rooms, valet and self parking, bicycles, afternoon tea in the Carolina lobby, practice putting greens and driving range. The Resort Fee also includes gratuities for the bell and door staff. Housekeeping and transportation staffs are NOT included in the Resort Fee and gratuities are at your discretion.

  • Dining outlets will add an 18% service charge to individual attendees' accounts.

  • For private food and beverage events, as well as spa services, a 20% service charge will be added.

Travel

  • Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) is the most accessible airport to the Pinehurst Resort and is 74 miles away. Transportation to and from RDU is offered by the Resort starting at $65 per person one way. Call 1-910-235-8465 for transportation reservations, which should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Valet and self parking are complimentary as part of the Resort Fee, which is included in your room rate.
