Program Overview
Over the past few years, the ILMA Scholarship Program has rapidly grown. In 2006 applications more than doubled with a record 33 applications received and 10 scholarships awarded. In 2007 ILMA received more than double the applications than last year — 74 in all — and awarded 11 scholarships to students. To date ILMA has awarded 36 scholarships. Currently 30 students are enjoying $1,000 dollar scholarship awards from our organization.
The application period begins and ends one month earlier this year than in the past — it is open from April 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008. Please encourage any college student you know to apply for this award. Each recipient receives up to $1,000 per year for four years. All undergraduates - rising freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors — are welcome to apply.
